This journey combines the cultural, historical, and natural beauty of North and West India — starting from Ahmedabad, the heritage city of Gujarat, then moving into the golden sands of Jaisalmer, known for its desert camps and royal architecture. From there, the trip continues to Delhi, the vibrant capital blending Mughal monuments with modern charm, before heading north to Manali, surrounded by the majestic Himalayas and offering stunning landscapes and adventure experiences. After exploring the mountains, the route returns to Delhi and finally to Agra, home to Mughal-era marvels and architectural grandeur, completing a memorable circuit of diverse experiences across India.
Throughout the journey, an Operation Executive will accompany the group to ensure smooth coordination and assistance.

Weather Conditions: Check the weather forecast for each destination and pack accordingly. Hill stations may be colder, so carrying thermals, gloves, and woolens is recommended. Transfer times mentioned in the itinerary may vary due to traffic, road, and weather conditions.
Food & Water: Meals are included as per the itinerary. It is advisable to carry some snacks and a refillable water bottle for long journeys.
Network & Connectivity: Mobile networks may be weak in certain hill regions, so inform family and friends about possible connectivity issues.

Luggage Limitations: Travel light and carry only essential items, as you may need to shift accommodations frequently. A small backpack for daily essentials is recommended.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many students share one room?
Accommodation is usually provided on triple sharing (Family) or quad sharing (Students) basis. Separate rooms for boys and girls will be arranged as per institutional or group norms. Room sharing is based on gender and group preferences.
What happens if there is a change in the itinerary?
Minor changes may occur due to weather, traffic, or local conditions. The tour operator and faculty will make alternate arrangements to ensure the best possible experience without compromising safety or quality.
What if I lose something during the trip?
Keep your belongings labeled. In case of loss, inform the coordinator immediately. The team will help recover it, but the group is responsible for their own valuables.
What if I fall sick during the trip?
Basic first-aid support will be available with the tour coordinator. For any serious illness or injury, local medical help will be arranged. Students are advised to carry their personal medicines and inform the tour leader in advance about any pre-existing medical conditions.
What if I cancel my trip after booking?
Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the date of cancellation and advance arrangements made (such as train tickets, hotel bookings, etc.). If train or flight tickets have been booked, their refund will follow the respective cancellation policy (IRCTC/airline rules).

Day 1 - Ahmedabad
Arrive in Ahmedabad and meet our representative at the railway station. Transfer to the hotel for fresh-up and a brief rest.

Day 2 - Jaisalmer
12:00 Noon: Arrive at Jaisalmer Railway Station, followed by pickup and proceed for lunch.
Afternoon:
Enjoy lunch at a restaurant near Jaisalmer Fort, with views of the historic structure and vibrant town surroundings.
Later in the afternoon, drive to the Sam Sand Dunes Desert (approx. 1.5 hours).
Evening Activities:
- Head out for a camel safari, catching the stunning sunset over the dunes.
- Return to the camp and enjoy a traditional Rajasthani welcome.
Night Highlighs:
- Experience a colourful cultural evening with live folk music, traditional dance performances, and a lively DJ night.

Day 3 - Jaisalmer
Early Morning:

Begin your day with an adventurous Jeep Safari at the Sam Sand Dunes, witnessing a mesmerizing sunrise over the desert.

Experience the thrill of dune bashing in a 4x4 vehicle across the golden sands of Thar.
Return to the camp for a hearty breakfast, followed by check-out by 10:00 AM.
Morning:

Visit Kuldhara Village, an abandoned 13th-century settlement surrounded by mystery and legend.
Afternoon:
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant or at one of the rooftop cafes inside Jaisalmer Fort, offering authentic Rajasthani flavours and panoramic city views.

Jaisalmer Fort: Explore this UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of the world’s few living forts. Wander through its narrow lanes filled with ancient havelis, vibrant bazaars, and Jain temples.

6:00 PM: Drop at Jaisalmer Railway Station.
7:00 PM: Board RUNICHA EXPRESS (Train No. 14088). Depart for Phulera Junction, marking the next chapter of your journey.

9:35 AM: Arrival at Delhi Cantt Railway Station and meet our representative. Transfer to the hotel for freshen-up and a brief rest before sightseeing.

Drive past Parliament House & Rashtrapati Bhavan – Admire the grand government buildings and the President’s residence.

4:00 PM: Depart by overnight bus to Manali (approx. 500 km / 15 hrs). En route, stop at a highway dhaba for dinner and refreshment.

07:00 AM: After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour around Manali. (Keep luggage in the limited number of rooms provided).

Visit the Atal Tunnel, the world’s longest high-altitude tunnel (9.02 km) connecting Manali to the scenic Lahaul Valley.

Continue to Rohtang Pass (13,058 ft), known for its breathtaking snowy landscapes, panoramic mountain views, and optional snow activities.
Afternoon
Enjoy lunch at a local dhaba, then proceed to Solang Valley, a stunning open meadow surrounded by majestic mountains and glaciers.

05:00 PM: Depart for Delhi (530 km – 14 hrs). Overnight journey to Delhi.

Afternoon (After lunch):
- Taj Mahal - Visit the iconic white marble mausoleum, a symbol of eternal love and one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Night:
After sightseeing, you will be dropped off at your departure point (railway station) as per your train travel plan.

Eligibility
• This trip is exclusively for college students with a valid college ID.
• Students must be physically fit for moderate travel and light trekking activities.
Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable advance of 20% is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be completed at least 2 days before the departure date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cheque (subject to clearance timelines).
Travel & Accommodation
• All intercity travel will be via pre-booked trains or vehicles as per the itinerary.
• Accommodations will be provided on a quad-sharing basis.
• Any damage to hotel property or train facilities by students will be chargeable.
Meals
• Meals will be provided as per the itinerary (typically breakfast and dinner).
• Any special dietary requirements must be communicated at least 10 days before departure.
Photo & Video Rights
