When should I book train tickets for bulk booking?
For group or bulk bookings, train tickets open 2 months in advance from the date of travel. It's recommended to confirm final participant numbers and book as early as possible to ensure reserved seats.
How many students share one room?
Accommodation is usually provided on triple sharing (Family) or quad sharing (Students) basis. Separate rooms for boys and girls will be arranged as per institutional or group norms. Room sharing is based on gender and group preferences.
What kind of food will be served?
You will be served nutritious, student-friendly vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals
What if I fall sick during the trip?
Basic first-aid support will be available with the tour coordinator. For any serious illness or injury, local medical help will be arranged. Students are advised to carry their personal medicines and inform the tour leader in advance about any pre-existing medical conditions.
Can I use a trolley bag?
Yes, but it's recommended to pack a medium - sized or rucksack due to frequent check-ins and transfers. Avoid oversized luggage. Also carry a small backpack for daily essentials.
What happens if there is a change in the itinerary?
Minor changes may occur due to weather, traffic, or local conditions. The tour operator and faculty will make alternate arrangements to ensure the best possible experience without compromising safety or quality.
What if I lose something during the trip?

Will we have access to hot water in hotels?
Yes, hot water will be available in all standard accommodations. However, in remote hill station hot water may be provided in limited time slots.
What if I cancel my trip after booking?

Arrive in Ahmedabad and meet our representative at the station and transfer to the hotel for fresh-up and brief rest.
Morning Sightseeing:

12:00 Noon: Arrive at Jaisalmer Railway Station, followed by pickup and proceed directly to the desert camp (approx. 1-hour journey). Upon arrival, check-in and enjoy lunch.
Evening: Enjoy a camel safari at sunset, accompanied by our staff for a comfortable experience.
Upon return you'll receive a traditional welcome at the camp.
Night: Experience live folk music, cultural dance performances, and a DJ night to conclude the evening.

Day 3 - JAISALMER
Early Morning: Experience an exciting Jeep Safari in the Sam Sand Dunes, witnessing the stunning sunrise over the desert. Enjoy the thrill of dune bashing in a 4x4 jeep, exploring breathtaking desert landscapes and return to camp for breakfast and check out by 9:30 AM. Proceed for Jaisalmer sightseeing.
Morning: Visit Kuldhara Village, an abandoned historical site known for its mystery and legends.
Afternoon: Explore Jaisalmer Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the few living forts in the world, featuring ancient architecture, vibrant markets, and Jain temples.
2:00 PM: Depart for Lalgarh Railway Station to ensure a timely arrival for the train to Batinda.
Night: Board the train to Bikaneer at 9:15 PM via JU BTI EXP (14721).

10:00 AM - Sightseeing:
- Jallianwala Bagh: Visit the historic site that commemorates the victims of the 1919 British massacre.

• Drive past Parliament House, an iconic circular government building housing India’s legislature and see Rashtrapati Bhavan, the ofcial residence of the President of India, known for its grand architecture.

Spend the entire day traveling by train toward your next destination. Relax, enjoy scenic views from your seat, engage in onboard games, and take time to journal or socialize with fellow travelers. Meals and refreshments will be arranged on board or at station halts.
Day 10 - GANGTOK
3:30 AM – Arrive at New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station. After arrival, board a pre-arranged 4-wheel drive jeep and proceed directly to Gangtok (Approx. 120 km | 5 hours), enjoying the scenic drive through lush green hills and valleys.
9:30 AM – Arrive in Gangtok and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Freshen up and enjoy a wholesome breakfast at the hotel. Rest and relax till noon.
Afternoon: Begin local sightseeing in and around Gangtok:
