After returning to Delhi, continue to Jaisalmer, the Golden City of Rajasthan, known for its golden forts, desert landscapes, and magical sunsets. The trip concludes in Goa, a tropical paradise with sun-kissed beaches, water sports, and a fun, festive atmosphere. Throughout the journey, an operation executive will accompany the group to assist and ensure smooth coordination.

Weather Conditions: Check the weather forecast for each destination and pack accordingly. Hill stations may be colder, so carrying thermals, gloves, and woolens is recommended. Transfer times mentioned in the itinerary may vary due to traffic, road, and weather conditions.
Food & Water: Meals are included as per the itinerary. It is advisable to carry some snacks and a refillable water bottle for long journeys.

When should I book train tickets for bulk booking?
For group or bulk bookings, train tickets open 2 months in advance from the date of travel. It's recommended to confirm final participant numbers and book as early as possible to ensure reserved seats.
How many students share one room?
Accommodation is usually provided on triple sharing (Family) or quad sharing (Students) basis. Separate rooms for boys and girls will be arranged as per institutional or group norms. Room sharing is based on gender and group preferences.
What kind of food will be served?
You will be served nutritious, student-friendly vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals
What if I fall sick during the trip?
Basic first-aid support will be available with the tour coordinator. For any serious illness or injury, local medical help will be arranged. Students are advised to carry their personal medicines and inform the tour leader in advance about any pre-existing medical conditions.
Can I use a trolley bag?
Yes, but it's recommended to pack a medium - sized or rucksack due to frequent check-ins and transfers. Avoid oversized luggage. Also carry a small backpack for daily essentials.
What happens if there is a change in the itinerary?
Minor changes may occur due to weather, traffic, or local conditions. The tour operator and faculty will make alternate arrangements to ensure the best possible experience without compromising safety or quality.
What if I lose something during the trip?
Keep your belongings labeled. In case of loss, inform the coordinator immediately. The team will help recover it, but the group is responsible for their own valuables.
Will we have access to hot water in hotels?
Yes, hot water will be available in all standard accommodations. However, in remote hill station hot water may be provided in limited time slots.
What if I cancel my trip after booking?
Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the date of cancellation and advance arrangements made (such as train tickets, hotel bookings, etc.). If train or flight tickets have been booked, their refund will follow the respective cancellation policy (IRCTC/airline rules).

Day 1 - Delhi
Arrive in Delhi in the morning. Our representative will pick you up from the railway station and transfer you to the hotel for freshening up.
Morning:

India Gate – Iconic war memorial built in honor of Indian soldiers.

Drive past Parliament House & Rashtrapati Bhavan – Admire the grand government buildings and the President’s residence.
Afternoon:

Qutub Minar – A 12th-century UNESCO World Heritage Site, the tallest brick minaret surrounded by historic ruins.

Raj Ghat – Peaceful memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. ( Lunch from Raj Ghat Canteen)
Evening:

Chandni Chowk – Explore the busy old streets and enjoy local food.

Jama Masjid – Visit one of India’s largest and most beautiful mosques.
11:00 PM: Depart for Shimla with an overnight journey (350 Km - 10 Hours).

Day 2 - Shimla
9:00 AM: Arrive in Shimla and transfer to the hotel for check-in. After some rest, proceed for local sightseeing by vehicle.
Afternoon:

Indian Institute of Advanced Study (IIAS) – Historic building with beautiful architecture and peaceful surroundings.

After IIAS, get dropped at Mall Road. After lunch, continue sightseeing on foot:

The Ridge – Open area in the heart of Shimla with scenic mountain views.

Christ Church – Iconic yellow church with lovely stained-glass windows.

Jakhu Temple – Hilltop temple of Lord Hanuman with amazing views of the town. (Optional ropeway activity available.)

Night drop back at the hotel for overnight stay in Shimla (1 night).
Note: The group will be split into teams with local vehicles. Each team has a leader who must note the driver’s contact number and call after sightseeing to arrange pick-up.

9:00 AM: Check out and begin your final round of sightseeing in Shimla.
Sightseeing:

Kufri – A beautiful spot surrounded by snow-capped mountains and dense forests. (Optional activities like horse riding available at extra cost.)
7:30 PM: Depart for Delhi with an overnight journey. Dinner stop will be on the way.
Note: While checking out, keep one extra pair of clothes in your handbag for easy change in case of getting wet.

Day 5 - Jaisalmer
7:30 AM: Arrive at Jodhpur Junction and travel to Jaisalmer by bus (290 km / 6 hours). On the way breakfast halt will be there.
2:00 PM: Arrival at Jaisalmer. Enjoy lunch at a restaurant near Jaisalmer Fort, with views of the historic structure and vibrant town surroundings.
Later in the afternoon, drive to the Sam dunes desert (1.30 hour).
Evening Activities:
- Head out for a camel safari, catching the stunning sunset over the dunes.
- Return to the camp and enjoy a traditional Rajasthani welcome.
Night Highlighs:
- Experience a colourful cultural evening with live folk music, traditional dance performances, and a lively DJ night.

Day 6 - Jaisalmer
Early Morning: Begin your day with an adventurous Jeep Safari in the Sam Sand Dunes, witnessing the stunning sunrise over the desert. Enjoy the thrill of dune bashing in a 4x4 vehicle across the golden sands.
Return to the camp for breakfast, followed by check-out by 10:30 AM.
Morning:
- Kuldhara Village - abandoned historic settlement known for its legends and mystery.
Afternoon:
- Jaisalmer Fort - a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its golden sandstone architecture, vibrant bazaars, and historical charm.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant or choose to dine at one of the cafes inside the fort, offering scenic rooftop views and authentic Rajasthani flavors.
4:00 PM: Departure to Jodhpur Railway Station.

Day 7 - Train Journey
Full Day on Train:
Relax and enjoy the scenic journey to your destination. Spend time reading, listening to music, chatting with travel companions, or simply watching the changing landscapes.
Meals: You can order meals directly through the IRCTC catering app and have them delivered to your seat.
Tip: Keep your valuables safe, stay hydrated, and carry a small travel pillow or blanket for comfort.
Day 8 - Goa
1:00 AM: Arrive at Madgaon Railway Station. Pick up and transfer to the hotel (approx. 2-hour drive).
4:00 AM: Check in at the hotel.
