The trip begins in Ahmedabad, known for its rich culture, Sabarmati Ashram, and vibrant markets. From there, travel to Jaisalmer, the “Golden City,” famous for its majestic fort, desert landscapes, and thrilling camel safaris. Continue to Jaipur, the Pink City of Rajasthan, where grand palaces, colorful bazaars, and royal architecture await.
Next, head north to Shimla, the serene hill station surrounded by pine forests and colonial charm, offering a refreshing break from the plains. The journey then moves to Agra, home to timeless Mughal grandeur and historic beauty. Finally, conclude in Delhi, the vibrant capital city blending ancient monuments with modern life.
Throughout the journey, an operation executive will be there to assist and ensure smooth coordination and comfort during travel.

Weather Conditions: Check the weather forecast for each destination and pack accordingly. Hill stations may be colder, so carrying thermals, gloves, and woolens is recommended. Transfer times mentioned in the itinerary may vary due to traffic, road, and weather conditions.
Food & Water: Meals are included as per the itinerary. It is advisable to carry some snacks and a refillable water bottle for long journeys.

When should I book train tickets for bulk booking?
For group or bulk bookings, train tickets open 2 months in advance from the date of travel. It's recommended to confirm final participant numbers and book as early as possible to ensure reserved seats.
How many students share one room?
Accommodation is usually provided on triple sharing (Family) or quad sharing (Students) basis. Separate rooms for boys and girls will be arranged as per institutional or group norms. Room sharing is based on gender and group preferences.
What kind of food will be served?
You will be served nutritious, student-friendly vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals
What if I fall sick during the trip?
Basic first-aid support will be available with the tour coordinator. For any serious illness or injury, local medical help will be arranged. Students are advised to carry their personal medicines and inform the tour leader in advance about any pre-existing medical conditions.
Can I use a trolley bag?
Yes, but it's recommended to pack a medium - sized or rucksack due to frequent check-ins and transfers. Avoid oversized luggage. Also carry a small backpack for daily essentials.
What happens if there is a change in the itinerary?
Minor changes may occur due to weather, traffic, or local conditions. The tour operator and faculty will make alternate arrangements to ensure the best possible experience without compromising safety or quality.
What if I lose something during the trip?
Keep your belongings labeled. In case of loss, inform the coordinator immediately. The team will help recover it, but the group is responsible for their own valuables.
Will we have access to hot water in hotels?
Yes, hot water will be available in all standard accommodations. However, in remote hill station hot water may be provided in limited time slots.
What if I cancel my trip after booking?
Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the date of cancellation and advance arrangements made (such as train tickets, hotel bookings, etc.). If train or flight tickets have been booked, their refund will follow the respective cancellation policy (IRCTC/airline rules).

Day 1 - Ahmedabad
On arrival at Ahmedabad, meet our representative and transfer to the hotel for check-in. Relax and unwind after your journey.
Overnight stay at Ahmedabad (Stay – 1).
Day 2 - Ahmedabad
Morning check out from hotel and proceed to sightseeing.
Morning Sightseeing:

Afternoon Sightseeing:
- Adalaj Stepwell - Visit this 15th-century architectural marvel with detailed carvings and an impressive structure.

Evening:

Night:

12:00 PM: Arrive at Jaisalmer Railway Station. After a warm welcome, proceed to Jaisalmer town for lunch.
Enjoy lunch at a restaurant near Jaisalmer Fort, with views of the historic structure and vibrant town surroundings.
Later in the afternoon, drive to the Sam dunes desert (1.30 hour).
Evening Activities:
- Head out for a camel safari, catching the stunning sunset over the dunes.
- Return to the camp and enjoy a traditional Rajasthani welcome.

Day 4 - Jaisalmer
Early Morning: Begin your day with an adventurous Jeep Safari in the Sam Sand Dunes, witnessing the stunning sunrise over the desert. Enjoy the thrill of dune bashing in a 4x4 vehicle across the golden sands.
Return to the camp for breakfast, followed by check-out by 11:00 AM.
Morning:
- Kuldhara Village - An abandoned historic settlement known for its legends and mystery.
Afternoon:

Jaisalmer Fort – A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the few living forts in the world, featuring ancient architecture, colorful markets, and Jain temples.

1:30 PM: Arrival at Jaipur and transfer to hotel for check in. Later after refreshment proceed to sightseeing.

07:30 AM: Arrive at Chandigarh. Upon arrival, depart for Shimla by bus (approx. 6-hour journey). Use the train washroom facility to freshen up before departure. A breakfast halt will be provided on the way.
02:00 PM: Arrive in Shimla and check in to the hotel. Freshen up and relax before starting the evening sightseeing.
Evening
Drop at Mall Road and continue sightseeing on foot to experience the beauty and charm of Shimla.

9:00 AM: Check out and begin your final round of sightseeing in Shimla.
Sightseeing:

Kufri – A beautiful spot surrounded by snow-capped mountains and dense forests. (Optional activities like horse riding available at extra cost.)
7:30 PM: Depart for Chandigarh to board the train to Delhi for an overnight journey. A dinner halt will be made en route.
Note: While checking out, keep one extra pair of clothes in your handbag for easy change in case of getting wet.

03:13 AM: Depart from Chandigarh by HSX AGC Express (11906) for Agra.
10:50 AM: Arrive at Agra Cantt Railway Station and transfer to the hotel for freshening up and a short rest. Later, proceed for sightseeing in Agra, a historic Mughal city renowned for its architectural wonders.
Afternoon:
- Taj Mahal - Visit the iconic white marble mausoleum, a symbol of eternal love and one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
