Start with Agra, where you’ll visit the famous Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Then explore Delhi, the capital city, full of monuments, busy markets, and vibrant culture. Travel to Manali, a scenic hill station surrounded by mountains and rivers, perfect for nature lovers.
Next, head to Dharamshala, home of the Dalai Lama. Here, enjoy the short and scenic Triund Trek, known for its beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. Then visit Amritsar, where you’ll see the stunning Golden Temple and the energetic Wagah Border ceremony.
End your journey in Jaisalmer, the golden city in the desert, where you’ll enjoy sand dune rides, camel safaris, and explore the grand Jaisalmer Fort.

Weather Conditions: Check the weather forecast for each destination and pack accordingly. Hill stations may be colder, so carrying thermals, gloves, and woolens is recommended. Transfer times mentioned in the itinerary may vary due to traffic, road, and weather conditions.
Food & Water: Meals are included as per the itinerary. It is advisable to carry some snacks and a refillable water bottle for long journeys.
Network & Connectivity: Mobile networks may be weak in certain hill regions, so inform family and friends about possible connectivity issues.
Cash & Payments: ATMs may not be available in remote areas. Carry sufficient cash for personal expenses, as digital payments may not work everywhere.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book train tickets for bulk booking?
For group or bulk bookings, train tickets open 2 months in advance from the date of travel. It's recommended to confirm final participant numbers and book as early as possible to ensure reserved seats.
How many students share one room?
Accommodation is usually provided on triple sharing (Family) or quad sharing (Students) basis. Separate rooms for boys and girls will be arranged as per institutional or group norms. Room sharing is based on gender and group preferences.
What kind of food will be served?
You will be served nutritious, student-friendly vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.
What if I fall sick during the trip?
Basic first-aid support will be available with the tour coordinator. For any serious illness or injury, local medical help will be arranged. Students are advised to carry their personal medicines and inform the tour leader in advance about any pre-existing medical conditions.
Can I use a trolley bag?
Yes, but it's recommended to pack a medium - sized or rucksack due to frequent check-ins and transfers. Avoid oversized luggage. Also carry a small backpack for daily essentials.
What happens if there is a change in the itinerary?
Minor changes may occur due to weather, traffic, or local conditions. The tour operator and faculty will make alternate arrangements to ensure the best possible experience without compromising safety or quality.
What if I lose something during the trip?
Keep your belongings labeled. In case of loss, inform the coordinator immediately. The team will help recover it, but the group is responsible for their own valuables.
Will we have access to hot water in hotels?
Yes, hot water will be available in all standard accommodations. However, in remote hill station hot water may be provided in limited time slots.
What if I cancel my trip after booking?
Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the date of cancellation and advance arrangements made (such as train tickets, hotel bookings, etc.). If train or flight tickets have been booked, their refund will follow the respective cancellation policy (IRCTC/airline rules).

Day 1 - AGRA
Arrive in Agra in the morning and be welcomed by our tour representative. Transfer directly to your hotel for check-in. Fresh up and enjoy a hearty lunch to recharge.
Afternoon:
- Agra Fort - Explore this grand UNESCO World Heritage Site, the historic Mughal fort complex with palaces, courtyards, and rich heritage.
- Taj Mahal - Visit the iconic white marble mausoleum, a symbol of eternal love and one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Evening: Return to your hotel for an overnight stay (Stay-1).

5:00 AM: Check out and depart for Delhi (200 km - 4 hours). Breakfast will be served on the way.

Afternoon:
- Raj Ghat – A serene memorial honoring Mahatma Gandhi at his cremation site. Lunch halt at the Raj Ghat canteen.
- Qutub Minar – A UNESCO World Heritage Site and the tallest brick minaret in the world, showcasing Indo-Islamic architecture from the 12th century.
4:00 PM: Depart for Manali (520 km – approx. 15 hrs). Refreshment and dinner halt at a highway Haveli or Dhaba.

07:00 AM: Check out from hotel and proceed for sightseeing after breakfast.
Morning:

Visit the Atal Tunnel, the world’s longest high-altitude tunnel (9.02 km) that connects Manali to the scenic Lahaul Valley.

Continue to Rohtang Pass (13,058 ft), famous for its snowy landscapes, panoramic views, and optional snow activities.
Afternoon:
Head to Solang Valley, a stunning open meadow surrounded by mountains and glaciers. Enjoy optional adventure activities like:

06:00 PM: Overnight journey to dharmashala. (220 km - 10 hours)
>> Note: Keep luggage in the limited number of rooms provided during check-out.
>> Note: Rohtang Pass remains closed from Nov 15 - May 15. If closed, the alternative visit will be Sissu, a pictures que valley with waterfalls and scenic vistas.
>> Note: While checking out, carry a small bag with essentials for the next 48 hours - 3 sets of clothes, a towel, toilet kit, shoes/slippers, basic medicines, some cash, and other personal items. Your main luggage will remain in the bus to avoid handling delays during the Dharamshala stay.

Day 5 - DHARAMSHALA
5:00 AM: Arrive in Dharamshala and transfer to the base camp at McLeodganj by local vehicle. Freshen up and enjoy breakfast at the base camp.
10:00 AM: Trek to Triund Hill ( Approx. 5-6 hours one way):
- Begin your trek from Bhagsu Nag (Near Bhagsu Waterfalls ) - Visit the ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, followed by a short walk to the scenic Bhagsu Waterfall.
- Both-side jeep transfers between the base camp and trek starting point are included.
- Enjoy breathtaking views of the Dhauladhar mountain range and Kangra valley during the hike.
Triund Trek Tip:
• Carry only the essentials – water bottle, snacks, cap, sunscreen, light jacket, basic toiletries (like tissues, mouthwash, face wash) and comfortable walking shoes.
• Keep your bag light for a smooth and enjoyable trek.
Evening: Reach Triund Hill, relax, and soak in the majestic mountain beauty.
Overnight Stay at Triund Campsite (Stay – 3).
• Stay in basic tents under the stars – no electricity or modern washrooms; pit toilets are provided.
• Tip: Power sources are limited. Carry a charged power bank and use your mobile sparingly.
>> Note: Those who are not willing to trek to Triund can stay back and rest at the base camp in McLeodganj.

Day 6 - DHARAMSHALA
8:00 AM: Wake up and enjoy breakfast at the camp. Begin the return trek from Triund (approx. 3–4 hours).
• Take breaks at your own pace to rest, click photos, or enjoy snacks.
• Jeep transfers are available between the trek endpoint and base camp.
• Reach McLeodganj by early afternoon. Freshen up and relax after the trek.
Evening: Get ready for a day of walking exploration in McLeodganj.
- McLeod Ganj Market: Explore the colourful lanes filled with Tibetan handicrafts, cafes, bookstores, and local street food stalls.
- Dalai Lama Temple Complex: Visit the peaceful monastery, the residence of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. Watch monks in prayer and spin the large prayer wheels.
- Tibet Museum (optional): Located within the temple complex, offering a deep dive into the history and struggle of the Tibetan community.
- Local Monasteries & Art Shops: Visit nearby monasteries and art galleries along Temple Road showcasing Tibetan crafts and thangka paintings.
Night Activities:
Enjoy a lively evening with barbeque and DJ music at the base camp.
After dinner, overnight stay at the base camp in McLeodganj (Stay – 4).

Day 7 - AMRITSAR
4:00 AM: Early morning check out from camp and transfer to Dharamshala by local vehicle. At 5:00 AM depart to Amritsar by bus. (200 kms - 5 hours). Upon arrival we will provide breakfast.
11:00 AM – Sightseeing:
- Jallianwala Bagh: Visit the historic site that commemorates the victims of the 1919 British massacre.
- Golden Temple: Explore this sacred Sikh shrine, renowned for its golden dome, serene Sarovar, and spiritual ambiance.
Afternoon (2:00 PM):
Depart for the Wagah Border to witness the stirring Beating Retreat Ceremony, a powerful display of military precision and national pride at the India – Pakistan border.
Evening:
- Return to the Golden Temple for a mesmerizing night view of the illuminated complex.
- Experience the Guru Ka Langar, the world's largest free community kitchen — a moving reflection of Sikh principles of equality and service.
11:30 PM: Depart by overnight bus to Delhi (approx. 450 km / 9 hours).

08:30 AM: Arrive in Delhi and transfer to hotel for freshen-up.
11:00 AM: Proceed for sightseeing.

08:00 PM: Drop at Old Delhi Railway Station for your onward journey to Jaisalmer. Since there is no direct train available at this time, the journey will be via Jodhpur.
09:20 PM: Depart on the Mandore Express (22995) for an overnight journey to Jodhpur, continuing onward to Jaisalmer.

Day 9 - JAISALMER
7:30 AM: Arrive at Jodhpur Railway Station and depart for Jaisalmer (280 km – approx. 6 hours).
On the way: Breakfast will be served at Marudhara / Marwar Restaurant (around 70 km from Jodhpur).
Afternoon: Reach Jaisalmer and take a short 15 to 30 minute halt before heading to the desert camp (approx. 1.30 hours drive). On arrival, check in and enjoy lunch at the camp.
Evening Activities:
- Head out for a camel safari, catching the stunning sunset over the dunes.
- Return to the camp and enjoy a traditional Rajasthani welcome.
Night Highlighs:
- Experience a colourful cultural evening with live folk music, traditional dance performances, and a lively DJ night.

Day 10 - JAISALMER
Early Morning: Begin your day with an adventurous Jeep Safari in the Sam Sand Dunes, witnessing the stunning sunrise over the desert. Enjoy the thrill of dune bashing in a 4x4 vehicle across the golden sands.
Return to the camp for breakfast, followed by check-out by 9:30 AM.
Morning Sightseeing:
- Visit Kuldhara Village - an abandoned historic settlement known for its legends and mystery.
Afternoon:
- Jaisalmer Fort - a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its golden sandstone architecture, vibrant bazaars, and historical charm.
Enjoy lunch at a restaurant near Jaisalmer Fort, with views of the historic structure and vibrant town surroundings. Depart for Jodhpur Railway Station at 3:00 PM to ensure timely arrival for your train.
10:00 PM: We conclude our adventure with a drop at the Jodhpur Railway Station.
