This immersive student tour spans across some of India’s most iconic and diverse destinations, starting in Ahmedabad and ending in Agra. From the architectural wonders and peaceful riverfronts of Ahmedabad to the desert magic of Jaisalmer, the journey continues to Amritsar, where students witness the patriotic Wagah Border ceremony and the spiritual serenity of the Golden Temple. In Manali and Kasol, the adventure deepens with mountain views, forest walks, and a scenic trek to the peaceful village of Grahan. The trip moves on to Rishikesh for river rafting and riverside camping before heading to Delhi for cultural exploration and concluding at the majestic Taj Mahal in Agra. A dedicated tour operator will be present throughout the journey to ensure comfort, safety, and seamless coordination.

Frequently Asked Questions
When should I book train tickets for bulk booking?
For group or bulk bookings, train tickets open 2 months in advance from the date of travel. It's recommended to confirm final participant numbers and book as early as possible to ensure reserved seats.
How many students share one room?
Accommodation is usually provided on triple sharing (Family) or quad sharing (Students) basis. Separate rooms for boys and girls will be arranged as per institutional or group norms. Room sharing is based on gender and group preferences.
What kind of food will be served?
You will be served nutritious, student-friendly vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals
Can I use a trolley bag?
Yes, but it's recommended to pack a medium - sized or rucksack due to frequent check-ins and transfers. Avoid oversized luggage. Also carry a small backpack for daily essentials.
What happens if there is a change in the itinerary?
Minor changes may occur due to weather, traffic, or local conditions. The tour operator and faculty will make alternate arrangements to ensure the best possible experience without compromising safety or quality.
What if I lose something during the trip?
Keep your belongings labeled. In case of loss, inform the coordinator immediately. The team will help recover it, but the group is responsible for their own valuables.
What if I fall sick during the trip?
Basic first-aid support will be available with the tour coordinator. For any serious illness or injury, local medical help will be arranged. Students are advised to carry their personal medicines and inform the tour leader in advance about any pre-existing medical conditions.
Will we have access to hot water in hotels?
Yes, hot water will be available in all standard accommodations. However, in remote hill station hot water may be provided in limited time slots.
What if I cancel my trip after booking?
Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the date of cancellation and advance arrangements made (such as train tickets, hotel bookings, etc.). If train or flight tickets have been booked, their refund will follow the respective cancellation policy (IRCTC/airline rules).

Day 1 - AHMEDABAD
Arrive in Ahmedabad and meet our representative at the station and transfer to the hotel for fresh-up and brief rest.
Morning Sightseeing:
- Akshardham Temple - Marvel at the intricately designed temple, known for its magnificent architecture and spiritual ambiance.
Afternoon Sightseeing:
- Adalaj Stepwell - Visit this 15th-century architectural marvel with detailed carvings and an impressive structure.
- Sabarmati Ashram - Explore the former residence of Mahatma Gandhi and learn about India’s freedom movement.
Evening:
- Sabarmati Riverfront - Enjoy a serene walk along the beautifully developed river promenade.
Night:
- 9:00 PM: Drop at Sabarmati BG Railway Station.
- 10:15 PM: Board SBIB-JSM Express (20492) for overnight travel to Jaisalmer.

Day 2 - JAISALMER
Arrive at Jaisalmer Railway Station by 12:00 PM. After a warm welcome, proceed to Jaisalmer town for a lunch.
Post-Lunch:
- Visit the magnificent Jaisalmer Fort - a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its golden sandstone architecture, vibrant bazaars, and historical charm.
Later in the afternoon, drive to the Sam dunes desert (1.30 hour).
Evening Activities:
- Head out for a camel safari, catching the stunning sunset over the dunes.
- Return to the camp and enjoy a traditional Rajasthani welcome.
Night Highlighs:
- Experience a colourful cultural evening with live folk music, traditional dance performances, and a lively DJ night.

Day 3 - JAISALMER
Early Morning: Begin your day with an adventurous Jeep Safari in the Sam Sand Dunes, witnessing the stunning sunrise over the desert. Enjoy the thrill of dune bashing in a 4x4 vehicle across the golden sands.
Return to the camp for breakfast, followed by check-out by 10:00 AM.
Sightseeing:
- Visit Kuldhara Village, an abandoned historic settlement known for its legends and mystery.
Afternoon:
- Enjoy lunch at a restaurant near Jaisalmer Fort, with views of the historic structure and vibrant town surroundings. Depart for Lalgarh Railway Station at 2:00PM to ensure timely arrival for your train.
Night:
- Board the JU–BTI Express (14721) at 9:15 PM for an overnight journey to Batinda.

Day 4 - AMRITSAR
4:35 AM: Arrive at Bathinda Junction and travel to Amritsar by bus (190 km / 3 hours).
8:00 AM: Upon arrival in Amritsar, transfer to a hotel for freshen up and a brief rest before starting the sightseeing program.
10:00 AM – Sightseeing:
- Jallianwala Bagh: Visit the historic site that commemorates the victims of the 1919 British massacre.
- Golden Temple: Explore this sacred Sikh shrine, renowned for its golden dome, serene Sarovar, and spiritual ambiance.
2:00 PM:
Depart for the Wagah Border to witness the stirring Beating Retreat Ceremony, a powerful display of military precision and national pride at the India – Pakistan border.
Evening:
Return to the Golden Temple for a breathtaking night view of the illuminated shrine.
Students will also experience the Guru Ka Langar, the world's largest free community kitchen. Participate in or observe the serving of meals — a profound moment reflecting Sikh values of equality, service, and unity.

10:30 PM: Depart by overnight bus to Manali (approx. 400 km / 10 hours).

Day 7 - KASOL - GRAHAN VILLAGE
5:30 AM: Check out from the hotel and depart for Kasol (approx. 2-hour drive).
Morning:
After breakfast, begin the trek to Grahan Village from the Kasol base point.

Duration: 4 to 5 hours

Highlights: Cross two wooden bridges, with the second marking the midpoint of the trek. The path passes through scenic forest trails and peaceful nature.
Evening:
Arrive at Grahan Village, a beautiful and remote hamlet. Take a relaxing walk through the village, interact with locals, and enjoy the mountain atmosphere.

Dinner will be served around a bonfire under the stars.
Overnight stay at a local homestay (Stay - 4).

10:00 AM: After breakfast at the Grahan Village homestay, begin your return trek to Kasol (9 km, approx. 4 hours). Enjoy the peaceful walk through pine forests and scenic mountain paths.

Relax after the trek in the charming town of Kasol, known as the “Mini Israel of India.”

Take a walk along the Parvati River and enjoy the natural surroundings.

7:00 PM: Depart for Rishikesh by bus (approx. 470 km / 14 hours). Overnight journey to Rishikesh.

9:00 AM: Arrive in Rishikesh and transfer to the camp via local transport.
>> Note: Before check-out from the previous stay, prepare a separate hand bag with essentials you'll need over the next 24 hours. Include:3 pairs of clothes; Towel and toilet kit; Shoes and lightweight footwear; Basic medicines; Some cash for personal use; Any other personal necessities
>> Your main luggage will be stored in the bus to avoid delays caused by frequent luggage transfers. Please complete this packing one day before departure.
Morning:
• Freshen up and enjoy breakfast while soaking in the serene natural surroundings.
• Enjoy camp amenities like the swimming pool and participate in fun outdoor activities.
Afternoon:
• After lunch, head out for an exhilarating white-water river rafting — a thrilling 18 km stretch from Shivpuri to Parmarth Ashram.
Rafting Tips:
• Wear comfortable clothing — track pants or shorts recommended.
• Changing facilities are available at the rafting endpoint (public toilets).
• The bus will pick you up from the rafting endpoint.
Evening (if time permits):
• Witness the Ganga Aarti, a spiritually uplifting experience on the banks of the holy Ganga River.
Night highlights:
• Return to camp and unwind.
• Enjoy a barbeque dinner around the campfire, sharing stories and laughter under the stars.

5:00 AM: Check out from camp and proceed to Delhi (250 Kms - 6 hours).
Upon arrival trasnfer proceed to Delhi sightseeing.

- India Gate: Visit this iconic war memorial dedicated to Indian soldiers who died in World War I.
- Drive past Parliament House & Rashtrapati Bhavan: Admire the grandeur of India’s legislative buildings and the President’s official residence.
Afternoon:
- Qutub Minar: Explore this 12th-century UNESCO World Heritage Site — the tallest brick minaret in India, surrounded by historic ruins and inscriptions.
Evening - Shopping Options:
- Sarojini Nagar Bazaar (by bus): Famous for stylish and budget-friendly fashion wear.

Afternoon:
- Taj Mahal: Visit the iconic white marble mausoleum, a symbol of eternal love and one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Night:
After sightseeing, you will be dropped off at your departure point (railway station / airport ) as per your travel plan.
